"How does your Diy Chair Cover Hire Service work?"

Our DIY chair covers and linen hire option is the most popular of the 2 services.

The main reason for this is that it is available Nationwide; it covers England, Wales and Scotland including all Highlands and Islands.

Our DIY chair cover hire service is the cheapest option which also makes it appealing; many customers are on tight budgets especially in this financially challenging time.

"Do you charge for a same day collection?"

After making an enquiry with us, you will be sent a detailed quote via email.

If your venue is within a 75 mile radius of our postal code SS9 3RH (Leigh-on-Sea, Essex), then you will receive a quote for both our DIY and Set Up services in one email.

"Do you have a catalogue you can send me?"

The simple answer to this is no. This website is our online catalogue.

Our product range is constantly growing. Feel free to call us with any questions regarding any of the items at any time within our opening hours.

We purposly don't take payments online as we prefer to speak to our customers first. This gives a much more personal touch which we feel is imperitive when organising a wedding.

"Should I choose organza or satin sashes?"

Once you have made a decision on which chair covers to hire, you need to decide which sashes to use. Again this is down to personal preference but here are some facts to guide you in the right direction;

The organza sashes always have been and always will be the most popular choice. This is because they are cheaper, they are available in a wider range of colours and lastly, as organza is a much lighter material than satin and taffeta, the bows hold their shape longer.

"Do you take a deposit for losses and damages?"

Unlike other weddings and functions decorations hire companies, We Got it Covered do not take a deposit for losses and damages.

All the prices on our website are the prices you pay. There are absolutely no hidden costs.

However, that is not to say that losses and damages aren't charged for. If any goods come back damaged or not at all, then the customer is held fully accountable and will be invoiced accordingly.

"Does your DIY wedding service cover weddings abroad?"

Our DIY chair cover and table linen hire service is available in the UK only. We will not courier any goods abroad.

However, we do not mind customers hiring goods on a DIY basis and taking them abroad themselves.

When boxed, chair covers and bows weigh 13kg per 50, so go by this calculation when working out your excess baggage allowance.

"How do I book?"

Once you've made an enquiry and are happy with the quote we've provided, the next step is to make a booking.

This is done either via email or over the phone. You can either call us, or email us a convenient time for us to call you and we will. Alternatively, full instructions on how to book via email will be detailed on the quote email sent to you. 

"Should I choose Lycra or linen chair covers???"

One decision to make when hiring wedding chair covers is whether to go for the Lycra (stretch) chair covers or the polycotton (linen) chair covers.

It is purely down to personal preference but here are some guidelines to help you make up your mind:

The Lycra seat covers are the most popular. There are 3 main reasons for this:

1.) We recommend hiring the Lycra seat covers when using our DIY service. This is because they are one size fits all and stretch to fit over the chairs. For this reason, they don't need ironing so they don't get creased in transit.

"Is it just chair covers and bows that you supply??"

We Got it Covered aim to be a one stop shop for all your wedding and event decorations; supplying not only chair covers and sashes, but also all linen hire and a bespoke range of wedding table decorations, such as centrepieces and balloons.

Getting everything from under one roof helps take the stress out of an already emotionally demanding year in the lead up to your big day.

The options available to you are vast and any ideas you may have to add that personal and unique touch to your big day are more than welcome.

"What material of sashes do you stock?"

Coloured sashes and chair covers go hand in hand in smartening up a function room and giving it that extra wow factor. Using a coloured sash is also the perfect way to incorporate colour continuity into the perfect wedding day.

We Got it Covered currently stock three main types of sash materials-taffeta sashes, satin sashes and organza sashes for hire.

"What style of chair covers do you hire out?"

Chair cover hire is the perfect way to decorate and smarten up a function room.

The two most popular types are the lycra chair covers (or stretch chair covers), which are made from lycra and stretch to fit over most chairs, and the linen chair covers (or fitted chair covers), which are a spun polyester/cotton blend. These chair covers come in all different sizes according to different size chairs.
